Elina specializes in civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on bankruptcy and insolvency, debtor/creditor relationships, contractual disputes, security enforcement, and insurance claims.
Elina gained litigation experience early on in law school while working at Western University’s renowned legal aid clinic, Community Legal Services. Since then, Elina has effectively represented clients at the License Appeal Tribunal and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Prior to joining the firm, Elina was a trusted Senior Claims Counsel at a national property and casualty insurance company.
Beyond her professional achievements, Elina is a dedicated mother to her three children. When not working, Elina enjoys cooking, painting and travelling.
